(1) The head of the spending agency shall prepare a monthly statement of the expenditure and achievements from the disbursed funds and send it to the welfare planning directorate every month.
(2) The spending body shall prepare the annual progress report and send it to the Directorate of Welfare Planning within fifteen days of the end of the financial year.
(3) The committee shall submit the annual report as per section 33 of the Act to the Ministry of Defence.
